I had such a terrible shopping experience recently that I felt compelled to share this cautionary tale with others. Dealing with faulty merchandise and then facing unacceptable resistance and attitude when trying to resolve the issue was infuriating. My conclusion after this whole ordeal is: Horrible customer service. Do not buy earrings from this store. They are broken and they won't give you your money back. The girl at the front says to me with an attitude they don't look broken to me. The latch on one earrings was bent in and was unable to open. I wonder if they put them back on the shelve and try and sell them again. Just plain disgusting! Because I was so upset by the in-store refusal and the representative’s shocking attitude, I felt compelled to leave a review and immediately contacted corporate customer service hoping for a better resolution.

Customer: I just need to speak to someone about a pair of broken earrings I purchased. The service I received when trying to return them was appalling; the representative was rude and told me they "didn't look broken" even though the latch was clearly bent and unusable.

CS Rep: I am so genuinely sorry to hear about the poor experience you had in the store and the condition of the merchandise. That is absolutely not how our team should handle returns. Can you provide me with the date of purchase so I can look up your transaction?
