I am writing this to caution anyone considering visiting this boutique. My experience was so terrible that I felt forced to contact customer support immediately. When I finally made it to the store, the service was nonexistent. It truly felt like they didn't even care whether I was there or not. To summarize my absolute frustration, I must warn you: "Horrible customer service ! You go in and they don’t even greet you or try to help you . I do not recommend this place they really suck !!!" I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because management clearly needs to address this shocking lack of basic hospitality.

Customer: I just left your store and I am appalled by the service—or lack thereof. I stood there waiting for someone, anyone, to acknowledge me, and received absolutely no help or greeting.
