I feel compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning. The whole process of ordering a simple hat became an endless, frustrating battle, primarily due to unreliable delivery tracking and lack of communication. When I initially tried to submit feedback reflecting my disappointment, I was so exasperated that I couldn't even formulate the words, resulting in the summary of my experience being entirely void:
