I had always read bad reviews about their service, but I really wanted some pieces from them so I decided to go in anyway. I walked in planning to buy quite a few things, including a few dresses and some tops & bottoms, but the lady (I think she was the owner) didn't even acknowledge me and looked at me as if I was bothering her. NEVER AGAIN. This encounter was so insulting that I immediately left and decided to look online, only to find some of the exact items for $40–$50 less than the store price.
